Refund policy

ONLINE BOUGHT RETURNS

If you don’t love it, then don’t worry. You have 14 days from the day after delivery/collection, to return your item/s for a refund.

Items must be returned unworn and in a saleable condition, with tags still in place. Any damaged or soiled items will not be refunded. Personalised items and earrings are non refundable.

Please include your order note in the package so we know who you are. Make sure that you choose the correct amount of coverage for your parcel and obtain proof of purchase. We will not be responsible for returns until they are safely on in our hands. The return address is:

A refund will be processed via original payment method and within 7 days of receiving your return.

You will be responsible for all postage costs.

Items returned after 14 days, will not be refunded and you will be responsible for any postage costs for the item to be returned back to you.

You can also return your item/s in person, to the shop.

IN-STORE BOUGHT RETURNS

Returns must be made within 14 days for an exchange or credit note.

Items must be returned unworn and in a saleable condition, with tags still in place. Any damaged or soiled items will not be accepted. Personalised items, earrings and sale items are non-returnable.

Returns will not be accepted without the original receipt.

FAULTY ITEMS

Throughout processing, your item/s are checked for quality. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, then please email top.knot@outlook.com including your name, order number and details of the fault. We will then discuss then next course of action to rectify the problem.
